As we all navigate this difficult and uncertain time, we want to assure you that ConnectionPoint is continuing to deliver service and support to all faculty and staff. Although we are all now working remotely, we are still able to process all requests you submit on the ConnectionPoint Help and Services Portal.

Please note the following changes:
- Our Arts 258 location is temporarily closed (and we miss you!), however, you can contact us by selecting the request type below that best suits your needs.
- Do not mail items to ConnectionPoint at this time as this will result in delays of an unknown duration. Please attach items electronically to your request.
- All payments will be moved to electronic payment options. This includes vendor payments, individuals, payroll, service income, honorariums or reimbursement via physical cheque. Contact us for electronic payment options and to avoid delays.
