We have a number of services available through the ConnectionPoint Channel on PAWS. Log onto paws.usask.ca and select ConnectionPoint under the Administrative menu found in Apps and Services:
Our Agents are always happy to assist you by email. Sending an email to email@example.com creates a new ticket in our case management system (CMS) for our Agents to work on.
If you are following up on an existing email request, replying to the original email thread will ensure an accurate and timely response from one of our Agents.
